Drive Pinion Seal - Inner: Removal

    NOTE: The drive pinion inner seal is a double seal assembly.
  1. Remove the active on-demand coupling. For additional information, refer to ACTIVE ON-DEMAND COUPLING .
    2. CAUTION: The drive pinion seal is a 2-piece design. Remove both pieces.
  2. Using a suitable blind hole puller, remove and discard the drive pinion seal.
