- SIMULTANEOUSLY PRESS the audio unit preset buttons 2 and 4 until the audio unit displays DUAL PLAY. REPEATEDLY PRESS the SRC/PWR button on the DVD player and adjust the headphone volume until a source can be heard.
- If no source can be heard, SUBSTITUTE a known good pair of batteries and then the wireless headphones. REPEAT the above action.
- If a source can be heard, NOTIFY the customer. The system is operating correctly.
NOTE:
When the DVD player is unplugged and not replaced, the rear speakers are not connected.
- If there is still no sound, REMOVE the DVD player. REFER to VIDEO SYSTEM
. SEND the DVD player to an authorized repair facility. TEST the system for normal operation after the repair.

- Intermittent sound from the wireless headphones

- Infrared technology is line-of-sight dependent. CLEAR all possible obstructions. TEST the system for normal operation.
- Infrared technology is subject to a reduction in effectiveness given extreme exposure to sunlight. If excessive sunlight exposure is suspected, MOVE the vehicle to a shaded or darkened area. TEST the system for normal operation. To verify the condition, RETURN the vehicle to sunlit conditions and RETEST.
