Normal Operation

Power is supplied to the digital versatile disc (DVD) player through circuit 720 (RD/YE). Once the DVD player is powered up, a signal is sent to the audio unit through circuits 832 (LB/PK) and 833 (TN) so that communication between the audio unit and DVD player can begin. When a video disc is inserted into the DVD player and the PLAY button is pressed an image should be displayed on the screen.
