Transmission Fluid Cooler Tubes: Installation

Without auxiliary fluid cooler

Install the fluid cooler tube(s).
- Tighten to 27 Nm (20 lb-ft).

With auxiliary fluid cooler

Install the fluid cooler tube(s).
- Tighten to 27 Nm (20 lb-ft).

Position the air deflector and install the fasteners.

Position the skid plate and install the bolts (4x4 vehicles).
- Tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).

All vehicles

Fill the transmission with clean automatic transmission fluid specified for this transmission.
Check for leaks.
