Verify customer complaint by operating power moon roof. Visually inspect for obvious sign of mechanical and electrical damage. If no visual damage is evident, perform appropriate system test. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table. A digital volt-ohmmeter is required to test the power moon roof system.
