Test D: Power Door Locks Operate Only With Engine Running

Check battery voltage with ignition off. If battery voltage is okay, check for binding door mechanism. If battery voltage is not okay, check battery and charging system. See appropriate GENERATORS article in STARTING & CHARGING SYSTEMS.
