Crankshaft Pulley: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
- Remove the fan blade assembly. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Using the special tool to prevent the crankshaft rotation, remove the crankshaft pulley bolt and washer.
- Using the special tools, remove the crankshaft pulley.
