Removal and Installation

  1. Release the fuel system pressure. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .
  2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  3. Disconnect the IPR sensor electrical connector.
  4. Disconnect the IPR sensor vacuum connector.
  5. Remove the bolts and the IPR sensor.
    • To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
