Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
Disconnect the RH heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) electrical connector.

Using the special tool, remove the RH HO2S.

Remove the transmission fluid filler tube bolt from the side of the RH cylinder head.

Remove the fluid filler tube.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
