No-Start/Normal Crank

CAUTION: Extended cranking due to a no-start condition, can load exhaust system with raw fuel, damaging catalytic converter after engine starts.

Check fuel and ignition systems. See TEST A: NO START under SYSTEM TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - VILLAGER article.
If engine is now a no-start, check idle air control systems. See TEST KE: IDLE AIR CONTROL SYSTEM under SYSTEM TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - VILLAGER article.

Check engine mechanical condition. Check compression, camshaft, valve train components, etc. Repair as necessary. See appropriate article in ENGINES.
