Antenna Lead-In Cable: Installation

  1. Route the new radio antenna lead-in cable into the passenger compartment.
    • Make sure the grommet is fully seated

  2. Route and secure the new antenna lead-in cable to the instrument panel reinforcement.
  3. Install the audio unit. For additional information, refer to AUDIO UNIT .
  4. Install the pin-type retainer and the lower RH A-pillar trim panel.

  5. Route the antenna cable through the antenna base opening on the cowl.
  6. Position the RH front fender splash shield to the bulkhead.
    1. Install the 2 nuts.
    2. Install the screws.
    3. Install the pin-type retainers.

  7. Install the antenna base. Refer to ANTENNA BASE  in this article.
