Removal & Installation

NOTE:
On installation, use NEW "O" rings. Lubricate NEW "O" rings with 5W-30 motor oil.
- Release CNG fuel system pressure. See COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS FUEL LINE VENTING under FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain engine cooling system.
- Disconnect pressure relief vent hose. Disconnect fuel lines. Disconnect electrical connector and 2 coolant hoses from fuel pressure regulator. Remove 2 bolts retaining fuel pressure regulator and remove fuel pressure regulator. To install, reverse removal procedure.
