Removal & Installation

  1. Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor is located at front of left cylinder head.
  2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect CMP sensor connector.
  4. Remove CMP sensor mounting bolts. Remove CMP sensor.
  5. To install, reverse removal procedure.
  6. Tighten CMP sensor mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
