Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) harness connector. Disconnect speedometer cable. Unbolt and remove VSS. See Fig 1 . To install, reverse removal procedure. Replace O-ring as needed. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
