Retrieving DTCs

NOTE:
Always retrieve PCM DTCs before AFCM DTCs.
During most diagnostic procedures in this article it is required that alternative fuel control module (AFCM) DTCs be retrieved. Consult the scan tool operating manual for further information and specific instructions on retrieving DTCs.
