Verify there is fuel in the tank and battery voltage at the fuel pump. Using a digital multimeter, measure the voltage between the fuel pump power and ground circuits. Battery voltage will be present for approximately 20 seconds after the ignition key is turned on. If no voltage is present, GO to PINPOINT TEST M: FUEL PUMP MONITOR/CONTROL .
