Exhaust Manifold LH: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
Prior to removing the exhaust manifold, inspect the exhaust manifold for warpage with a feeler gauge between the manifold and the cylinder head. Record the measurement and compare with the specifications.
Remove the LH bolts for the turbocharger adapter pipe.

Disconnect the exhaust back pressure tube.

Remove the bolts and the LH exhaust manifold.
