Throttle Body: Removal

WARNING:
Do not smoke or carry lighted tobacco or open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel-related components. Highly flammable mixtures are always present and can be ignited, resulting in possible personal injury.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the air cleaner outlet tube and the accelerator cable splash shield. Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
- Disconnect the accelerator cable.
- Disconnect the speed control actuator.
- Disconnect the accelerator cable.
- Remove the acceleration control return spring.
- Remove the accelerator cable bracket.
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the accelerator cable bracket.
- Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the throttle body (TB).
- Remove the four bolts.
- Remove the TB.
- Remove and discard the TB gasket.
