Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove relay cover. Remove relay insulator. Disconnect starter motor relay trigger terminal connector. Remove starter motor solenoid relay switch terminal nuts.
  2. Remove engine control sensor wire and generator wire. Remove battery cables. Remove starter motor solenoid relay switch bolts and switch.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
