Stabilizer Bar & Link Assembly (1999): Installation

  1. Install stabilizer bar. Install Subframe Alignment Pins (T94P-2100-AH) in to subframe. Install locking pins and tighten sleeves. Using subframe alignment pins align subframe. See Fig 1. Install Blue bolts to front of subframe. Install remaining subframe bolts. Remove subframe alignment pins. Install stabilizer bar connecting links.
  2. Install Powertrain Alignment Gauge (T94P-6000-AH) in place of front engine mount. See Figure. Install rear engine mount. Using NEW nuts, install catalytic converter. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Install steering column shaft to flexible coupling using NEW clamp bolt. Tighten nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
