Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to ENGINE-4.6 & 5.4L or ENGINE-6.8L .
  2. Remove the knock sensor (KS).
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    2. Remove the nut and the KS.

  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
