Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the cooling fan stator. For additional information, refer to COOLING FAN STATOR - 6.0L DIESEL .
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt.

  3. Remove the bolts and the coolant pump pulley.

  4. Remove the bolts and the coolant pump.
    • Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Clean and inspect the coolant pump mounting.
