Power Steering Fluid Reservoir: Removal

CAUTION:
While repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of contaminants or premature failure of the power steering components can occur.
- Raise the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the return hose from the power steering pump and drain the power steering oil reservoir.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Lift the reservoir out of the reservoir bracket.
- Remove the reservoir bolts from the bracket.
- Remove the bolts and remove the bracket.
- Compress the clamps and disconnect the power steering return hose and the power steering reservoir pump hose from the reservoir.
- Remove the power steering oil reservoir.
