Removal & Installation (4.0L)

Disconnect battery ground cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove starter motor solenoid terminal cover. Disconnect starter wires. Remove nut and starter ground cable. Remove bolt, stud bolt and starter motor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
