Item 3: Rear Quarter Window Glass Removal Note

- RH quarter glass removal requires that the radio antenna cable connector be disconnected.
- Lubricate the urethane adhesive with water to aid the special tool when cutting.
- Using the special tool, cut the urethane adhesive from the quarter window glass starting at the top center and working toward the bottom corners and remove the rear quarter window glass.
- Using a soft brush or vacuum, remove any foreign material or dirt from the pinch weld.
NOTE:
Locating tabs need to be cut through in order to remove the rear quarter window glass. The new quarter window glass will be equipped with new locating tabs.
