Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the left front inner fenderwell splash shield.

  2. Disconnect the coolant bypass hose from the routing clip.

  3. Gently pry the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve cap off the two tabs.

  4. Remove the PCV valve from the crankcase vent oil separator and disconnect the vacuum hose.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
