Removal and Installation

NOTE: The bypass tube and the lower radiator hose are a molded, one-piece assembly.

Drain the coolant from the radiator. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING - 3.0L AND 4.0L .
Remove the bypass hose from the water pump.

Remove the lower radiator hose.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
