Exhaust Manifold LH: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
Remove the exhaust flange nuts.

Remove the nut and the oil level indicator and tube assembly.

Remove the upper intake manifold support brace.

Remove the bolts, nuts and the exhaust manifold and gasket.
