Crankshaft Pulley: Removal

- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
- Remove the fan blade and the fan shroud. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
- Remove the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to SPECIFICATIONS & DRIVE BELT ROUTING .
- Remove the crankshaft pulley.
- Remove the bolt and the washer.
- Using a Crankshaft Vibration Damper Remover, remove the crankshaft damper.
- Remove the crankshaft key, if necessary.
