Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  2. Remove the nuts.

  3. Remove the quarter window glass.
    • Cut the adhesive from around the window.
    4. NOTE: Clean the area around the quarter window glass prior to installation.

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Apply Urethane Adhesive Essex U-216 or Essex 400-HV meeting Ford specification WSB-M2G316-B to the window.
    • Test the quarter window glass for water leaks.
