Extension Housing Seal And Bushing: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the driveshaft. For additional information, refer to DRIVE SHAFTS .
  3. Using the special tools, remove the extension housing seal.

    4. CAUTION: Do not damage any machined surfaces. The new seal may leak.

  4. Using the special tool, remove the extension housing bushing.
