Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the thermostat. For additional information, refer to THERMOSTAT - 2.0L ZETEC .
  2. Disconnect the heater hose and position out of the way.

  3. Remove the thermostat housing.

    4. NOTE: Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
