Bolts out of torque specification	Tighten bolts to specification.
Gaskets and separator plate-damaged, off location	Inspect for damage. Install new components as necessary.
2-4 Band
2-4 Band-damaged, worn, incorrectly assembled	Inspect for damage. Install new components as necessary.
2-4 Servo Assembly
Apply Rod-incorrect	Inspect rod. Install new components as necessary.
Servo Bore or Piston-damaged	Inspect for damage. Install new components as necessary.
Piston Seals-damaged	Inspect for damage. Install new components as necessary.
