Heater Hose: Removal

Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
Disconnect the quick disconnect heater hose couplings at the heater core (18476). For additional information, refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .

Remove the engine cover.
Disconnect the supply heater water hose (18472) at the engine.

Disconnect the return heater water hose at the engine.

NOTE: This step must be performed if the vehicle is equipped with an auxiliary A/C-heater system.

Disconnect the quick disconnect heater hose couplings from the heater water hoses. For additional information, refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .
Remove the heater water hoses.
