High-Pressure Fuel Lines - Extension: Installation

- Install new fuel line O-ring seals.
- Position the extension high-pressure fuel line in the vehicle.
- Secure the extension high-pressure fuel line in the retaining clips.
- Connect the mid high-pressure fuel line to the extension high-pressure fuel line.
- Connect the extension high-pressure fuel line to the rear high-pressure fuel line.
- Pressurize the fuel system and perform the fuel system leak test. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION-NATURAL GAS .
NOTE:
Lubricate the fuel line O-ring seals with clean engine oil prior to installation.
NOTE:
When tightening the fuel line, a torque wrench adapter must be used with the torque wrench. The use of a torque wrench adapter will alter the effective torque of the torque wrench being used.
