Intermediate Shaft Speed (ISS) Sensor: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect Intermediate Shaft Speed (ISS) sensor electrical connector.

  3. Remove ISS sensor.
    1. Remove the ISS sensor screw.
    2. Remove the ISS sensor from the transmission.
      • Inspect the ISS sensor O-ring for damage. If damaged, install a new O-ring.
