PINPOINT TEST DG: Knock Sensor (KS): Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- KS1 and KS2 (12A699)
- harness circuits: KS1+, KS1-, KS2+, and KS2-
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
