Test J: Restraint System-Seat Belt PRETENSIONER Status (DTC B2292): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) checks all seat belt pretensioners for faults. If RCM detects low resistance, open circuit, short to battery or short to ground, it will store DTC B2292 in memory. AIR BAG warning light will also flash Light Flash Code (LFC). Refer to table for corresponding LFC and associated fault. See PRETENSIONER LIGHT FLASH CODES (LFCS) table.
