P2418 - EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM SWITCHING VALVE CONTROL CIRCUIT/OPEN

Description:	The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the state of the fuel vapor vent valve circuit output driver. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum limit for the commanded state.
Possible Causes:	VPWR circuit open Fuel vapor vent valve circuit open Fuel vapor vent valve circuit short to ground Fuel vapor vent valve circuit short to voltage Damaged fuel vapor vent valve

Application	Key On Engine Off	Key On Engine Running	Continuous Memory
