The starter motor is a permanent magnet, gear reduction, 12-volt DC motor, equipped with an integral solenoid. Starting system consists of a starter motor, solenoid, battery, ignition switch, Digital Transmission Range (DTR) sensor (A/T), Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch (M/T), starter motor relay, and interconnecting cables and wires.
