Motor Electronics Pump

1 15179-B Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS) coolant pump outlet hose
2 8A567-B MECS  coolant pump inlet hose
3 14A464 MECS  coolant pump electrical connector
4 8005-B MECS  coolant pump bolts
5 8C419 MECS  coolant pump
  1. Drain the Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS). For additional information, refer to MOTOR ELECTRONICS COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING .
  2. Disconnect the MECS  inlet and outlet hoses.
    • Disconnect the harness connector.

  3. Remove the MECS  coolant pump bolts and the MECS  coolant pump.
    • To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
