Torsion Bar: Installation

- Position torsion bar and torsion bar adjuster. Align marks on torsion bar and torsion bar adjuster. Install torsion bar adjuster. Position torsion bar insulator.
- Install torsion bar tool and adapters. Tighten torsion bar tool until NEW adjustment bolt and nut can be installed. Turn adjustment bolt until previously measured adjustment depth is reached.
- Position torsion bar cover plate. Install torsion bar cover plate bolts. Check ride height. See RIDE HEIGHT under ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTIONS. Check wheel alignment.
