Motor Electronics Pump

  1. Drain the Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS). For additional information, refer to MOTOR ELECTRONICS COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING .
  2. Disconnect the MECS  cooling pump electrical connector.

  3. Compress the 2 retainers, remove the MECS  pump from the bracket and pull the MECS  pump down to gain access to the constant tension clamps that hold the hoses on.

  4. Compress the constant tension clamps and disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses from the MECS  pump.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
