Oil Pump: Removal

  1. Release the fuel system pressure. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL article.
  2. Remove the timing drive components. For additional information, refer to Timing Drive Components .
  3. Remove the oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan .
  4. Remove the 3 bolts and the oil pump.
