Inspection and Verification

- Verify the customer concern.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Electrical - Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 3 (15A) (daytime running lamps [DRL] module)
- Central junction box (CJB) fuse 6 (15A) (ignition switch input to DRL module)
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- DRL module
- Make sure the headlamps operate correctly. If the headlamps do not operate correctly, refer to Headlamps to continue diagnosis of the headlamps.
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
- If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom. Go to Symptom Chart .
