Brake Drum: Installation

Using the special tool, measure the inside diameter of the brake drum.
- Install a new brake drum if the inside diameter exceeds the specification stamped on the outside face of the brake drum.

Adjust the rear brakes, refer to Brake Shoe Adjustment .
Position the brake drum on the vehicle.
Install the wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES article.
