UNDEPLOYED Air Bag Or PRETENSIONER-Faulty Unit

If an undeployed air bag module or seat belt pretensioner is diagnosed as faulty, remove faulty device and return intact to Ford Motor Company for proper disposal. Air bag or pretensioner must be packaged and shipped according to U.S. Department of Transportation procedures. When installing NEW air bag module, a prepaid return postcard is provided with replacement air bag module. The serial number for NEW part and vehicle identification number must be returned with faulty air bag. DO NOT deploy air bag.
