The window control switch illumination is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Window control switch	VERIFY that the window control switch operates correctly. If the window control switch operates correctly, INSTALL a new window control switch. REFER to GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS article. TEST the system for normal operation. If the window control switch does not operate correctly, REFER to GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS article.
The driver door lock control switch illumination is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Driver door lock control switch	INSTALL a new door lock control switch. REFER to HANDLES, LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS article. TEST the system for normal operation.
The control illumination is inoperative	Circuitry Instrument cluster Smart junction box (SJB)	Go to Pinpoint Test B .
The instrument cluster illumination is inoperative	Instrument cluster	INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER article. TEST the system for normal operation.
The climate control panel illumination is inoperative	Circuitry Climate control assembly	Go to Pinpoint Test C .
The audio system illumination is inoperative	Circuitry Audio unit	Go to Pinpoint Test D .
The instrument panel illumination does not dim	Circuitry Instrument panel dimmer switch Instrument cluster	Go to Pinpoint Test E .
The passenger door lock control switch illumination is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Passenger door lock control switch	Go to Pinpoint Test F .
