Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. On vehicles with dual batteries, see DUAL BATTERIES under MISCELLANEOUS. Remove air cleaner, inlet duct and resonator. See AIR INTAKE RESONATOR .
Label and disconnect electrical connectors under hood. See Fig 1 .
Label and disconnect intake heater relay switch leads. Remove retaining nuts and remove relay. See Fig 2 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
