Parking Mechanism (4R100): Removal

Remove extension housing. See EXTENSION HOUSING GASKET . Remove parking rod guide plate retaining bolts. See Fig 1. Remove parking pawl return spring, parking pawl and parking pawl shaft from case. See Fig 2.
